This is an excellent self-help book that gives the reader the opportunity to take a close look at their life. This book deals with the concept that people are often living lives that they do not find enjoyment or fulfillment.
The author includes a personal contract in the book which makes this book very motivational and interesting. The book is filled with positivity and inspiration.
This book is a 7 step all round guideline to help you help yourself with insights on how to rewire your thought pattern and shifting focus; which the author has established through his own life experiences and what has worked for him.
Daniel's way of writing - it makes the book have great energy as you read along it's almost like a friend on an equal level showing you it's worth doing the work and commitment for your own good and backing it up with examples from experiences and everyday life.
